If you receive services at Wellbridge Surgical, your services are covered at no cost to you.
Important Information About Services at Wellbridge Surgical for Members enrolled in a High Deductible Health Plan Option.
If you receive services at Wellbridge Surgical, please note the following regarding your annual deductible:
- Member Cost Share: Members are responsible for up to $1,700 toward the cost of services.
- Deductible Credit: Any portion of your year-to-date deductible already satisfied will be applied toward this $1,700 minimum. For example, if you’ve already met $1,200 of your deductible, you would only be responsible for the remaining $500.
- Fully Met Deductible: If you’ve already met your full $1,700 deductible, your services at Wellbridge Surgical will be provided at no cost to you.
