Welcome
to the 2025 ChamberCare Employer Roadmap
from the ChamberCare Trust
This Competitive, High-Value Health Plan Is Better Than Ever!
It keeps the same great coverage small employers (with 2 to 50 employees) have come to expect under the ChamberCare MEWA – only now with a higher level of service and new value-added benefits.
And there will be NO PRICE INCREASES for current ChamberCare groups in the new plan year, which starts October 1.
ChamberCare is partnering with Indiana-based SIHO Insurance Services for health benefits, CVS Caremark for pharmacy offerings and Delta Dental for dental and vision coverage.
The health network still features all major hospital systems across Indiana. Members also have the same out-of-pocket costs and deductibles, plus enjoy brand new perks like free or low-cost medications.

2025 ChamberCare MEWA Update
After thoughtful consideration, our trustees made the decision to offer a competitive “best-in-class” package with three new providers, led by Indiana-based SIHO Insurance Services. This move allows the trustees to take control of the ChamberCare plan, supported by SIHO, and make strategic decisions to offer members the best options possible and deliver employees and their families with superior coverage and service.

SIHO provides competitive benefits to numerous Indiana employer groups by connecting them with their local health systems to create greater transparency and foster closer connections between members and their healthcare providers.
This change to SIHO Insurance Services keeps the same great benefits you and your members have come to expect, with some additional good news for 2025-26:
- Competitive employer premiums;
- The same deductibles;
- The same out-of-pocket costs;
- New value-added member benefits;
- $0 outpatient surgical benefit at Wellbridge Surgical;
- Straightforward two-tier plan design: in-network and out-of-network;
- Direct Contracting with local hospital community;
- And 92% of providers are within 10 miles (PCP/SCP) and 20 miles (hospitals) of employees' zip codes;

CVS Caremark has you covered, whether you're receiving your prescriptions by mail delivery or picking them up at a pharmacy around the corner. Some of the Rx member benefits of the new arrangement include:
- Minimal formulary disruption with CVS Caremark as the PBM with a broad national pharmacy network
- Access to specialty drug manufacturer assistance programs where members may have access to medications over $5,000 per month at no cost to them
- Access to specialty drug copay assistance programs to get medications at lower costs if full manufacturers assistance isn’t available
- Redirection to Mark Cuban Cost Plus program at point of sale should a medication be less expensive than the retail pharmacy through the Rx Save Card program
